RACE is a performance nutrition brand founded and operated by Reuben Corlett. Our products are produced and dispatched from the United Kingdom.

2. Our Products

All RACE products are food supplements intended to support athletic performance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

Nutritional values displayed on our website and packaging are calculated estimates based on ingredient weights. We recommend consulting a qualified nutritionist or healthcare professional if you have specific dietary requirements or medical conditions.

Our products contain maltodextrin and fructose. Please check the full ingredients list before purchasing if you have any known allergies or intolerances.

3. Orders

By placing an order through our website you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to purchase
  • The information you have provided is accurate and complete
  • You are authorised to use the payment method provided

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. If we cancel your order you will receive a full refund.

Order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive this within a few minutes of ordering.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you pay is the price displayed at the time of placing your order.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–3 working days of receiving payment.

Delivery times are estimates and we cannot guarantee delivery dates once an order has been handed to our delivery partner.

Free shipping is available on orders over £35. Orders below this threshold are subject to a £3.99 shipping fee.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping may be available in the future.

We are not responsible for delays caused by our delivery partners or circumstances outside of our control.

In summary:

  • Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Damaged, faulty, or incorrect orders will be refunded or replaced in full
  • Unopened orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery at the customer's expense

7. Discount Codes & Promotions

Discount codes are subject to the following conditions unless otherwise stated:

  • One discount code per order
  • Cannot be combined with other offers or promotions
  • Must be applied at checkout — discounts cannot be applied retrospectively
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend promotions at any time

8. Email Sign Up Discount

New subscribers who sign up to our email list are entitled to 10% off their first order of £21.99 or above. This discount is applied via a unique code sent to the email address provided at sign up. This offer is for new subscribers only and is limited to one use per customer.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the RACE website including text, images, logos, and branding is the property of RACE and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RACE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

Our liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the total value of that order.
