Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 2–3 working days of payment being confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next working day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We ship via Royal Mail or an equivalent tracked courier service.

Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

Please note delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed once your order has been handed to our delivery partner.

Tracking

Where possible all orders will be sent with tracking. Your tracking details will be included in your dispatch confirmation email.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful our delivery partner will leave details of how to arrange redelivery or collect your parcel. We are not responsible for orders that are uncollected or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts.

If an order is returned to us we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within 10 working days of your dispatch confirmation please contact us at [email address] and we will investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of ordering. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched. RACE is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
