Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used sachets.
However we will always make it right if:
- Your order arrives damaged or faulty
- You receive the wrong product
- Your order is lost in transit
In any of these cases contact us at corlettrj@yahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order and we will offer a full refund or replacement — no hassle, no arguments.
Changed your mind? Unopened and unused orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
